Hlanganani-ICT is 100% owned by Hlanganani Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (HIH), a Black Economic Empowered Enterprise, which was formed in 2000. HIH is a holding company of a diverse group of businesses involved in Integrated ICT as well as Corporate Solutions.
